Nestled in a peaceful, rural setting, this gated villa offers breathtaking views over the picturesque village of Skarinou, providing the perfect blend of privacy, space, and tranquillity. An ideal family country retreat, it enjoys easy access to the island’s main towns and villages. Located in the lush Ayios Theodoros Valley, this private residence is just off Exit 13 of the A1 Larnaca - Limassol highway. The charming village of Skarinou is within walking distance, and local conveniences like Alphamega supermarket, Bean Bar Café, and McDonald's (with drive-through) are just minutes away.
Skarinou is centrally located for exploring all that Cyprus has to offer, including archaeological sites, monasteries, and nearby beach resorts. To the west, you’ll find Coral Bay, Paphos, Pissouri, Lara Bay, and the Troodos Mountains; Nicosia to the north; and Agia Napa, Protaras, and Famagusta to the east. All major beach resorts, golf courses, and mountains are within a 1-hour drive. The nearest beach, Governors Beach, with safe waters and coastal restaurants, is just an 8-minute drive away (10 km). Larnaca and Limassol beach resorts are approximately 20 minutes (22 km) away.
Skarinou, like many small Cypriot villages, is home to the iconic Church of The Guiding Virgin Mary. You can also visit the nearby Golden Donkeys Farm and Dipotamos Donkey Farm, where you can enjoy scenic rides and sample donkey milk products. The property is accessed via an electric gate and a private driveway with plenty of parking. A rear gate, while locked, allows guests to stroll into the countryside, while the villa also features rear entrances without stairs, offering easy access for those with mobility concerns.
Inside, the downstairs area includes a formal lounge and dining room, a modern games room, and a music room/5th bedroom, which opens onto a private patio seating area. The spacious kitchen has its own dining nook and a utility area, with direct access to the garden and pool. The villa is fully accessible, with wheelchair-friendly access through the rear entrance.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms have their own private balcony, offering spaces to relax, day or night.
